Decrees to Release Revival and Restoration

People love the outpouring of God's Spirit, but sometimes they don't realize the amount of prayer that is necessary over a long period of time to seed the heavenlies with declarations, petitions and praise in order to see the results manifest in our earthly realm. Prayer warriors have stood the test of time and NOW is the time for all their labor to release the birth of revival. God is in our midst NOW and the evidence of it is clearly seen!

Prayer declarations like the ones I have listed below are powerful because when we declare using God's word, He releases angels to carry out His word. (Isaiah 55:11, Hebrews 1:7) Here are some decrees you can speak out over your city or geographic region so help break ground.

Decrees to Release Breakthrough, Revival and Reconciliation

Lord Jesus, according to Your word in Psalm 32:7 we declare that You are our hiding place. You sing songs of deliverance over us and sing for joy.

Lord Jesus, we declare that according to Psalm 71:2 You have bent down and heard the cries of Your people for deliverance. Because of Your righteousness, You have rescued Your people and given them a way of escape from their enemies.

Father, we declare that according to Psalm 50:15, You are the One who is glorified as You deliver Your people, in Jesus name.

Father, we declare in Jesus name, as it is written in Colossians 1:13 that You have delivered Your people out of the control and dominion of the kingdom of darkness and transferred them into the Kingdom of the Son whom You love.

Father, we declare according to Luke 4:18 that the Spirit of the Lord is upon us, within us, and surrounds us – enabling us to preach the good news of the Gospel in power. You have anointed us to release the captives; to help those that are blind to recover their sight; and to deliver those who are oppressed, downtrodden, bruised, crushed and broken down by calamity.

Holy Spirit, we declare according to Luke 13:12 that those that have struggled and been oppressed are delivered NOW from their sickness and infirmity, in the name and authority of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Father, according to Joshua 10:7,8 that the enemies of God have been delivered into our hand in Jesus name.

Father, we ask that You rebuke Satan, the accuser of the brethren according to Zechariah 3:2-4.

Father, according to Psalm 149:1-3 that tonight we will sing a new song of praise to You. Pour out Your Spirit, O Lord, that we might delight Your heart and be filled with fresh joy as we worship our King together, in Jesus name.

Father, we declare that the high praises of God are in our mouth and the two-edged sword in our hand, according to Psalm 149:6-9. We declare that demonic princes are bound in the name of the Lord Jesus, and judgment has been executed, setting the captives free in Jesus name.

We declare according to Revelation 3:8 that God has opened a door for us that no man can shut, in Jesus name.

We declare as it is written in Isaiah 45:2 that God has gone before us to level the mountains, break the gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron and that the doors You have for us are open in Jesus name.

We declare according to Acts 16:25-26 that the prison doors are open and the prisoners are set free in Jesus name.

We declare a release of forgiveness over the people of this land and geographic region, according to Micah 7:18, for You O God have pardoned our iniquity.

We declare that people will no longer be in bondage to Fear, but we speak a release of the Spirit of Adoption over this geographic region, according to Romans 8:15. We declare a release of the Holy Spirit to shed the revelation of the Fatherhood of God into people's hearts, freeing them from the lies and spirit of abandonment, in Jesus name.

We declare an outpouring of Your love and mercy according to Ephesians 2:4-7, for You O God love us with a great love and You are rich in mercy.

We declare a release of compassion and forgiveness, according to James 2:13 for it is written that mercy triumphs over judgment.

We declare people in this geographic region endeavor to keep unity in the Spirit and are bonded together with a spirit of peace, according to Ephesians 4:3.

We declare that what was once divided and separate is now joined together in a bond of unity, according to Ezekiel 37:15-28.

We declare Your people are made willing in the day of Your power, O Lord, to act in accordance with Your will, to display mercy, compassion, forgiveness, generosity and unity according to Judges 5:2 and Psalm 110:3.

We declare that the breaker anointing leads the way and leads Your people out of confinement in the day of Your power, according to Micah 2:13.

We declare that the stage has been set to bring about family restoration. We declare that relationships that have been broken are supernaturally healed now in Jesus name, according to Genesis 45:1-7.

We declare that You are a healer of sorrows, according to Isaiah 53:4,5, and by Your stripes Your people are healed, in Jesus name.

We declare that You, Lord Jesus, were crushed so that we could be made whole, according to Isaiah 53:10, Isaiah 53:5.

We declare according to Psalm 142:7 that you have set people free from their prison so that they may praise you, in Jesus name.

We declare a release of the Spirit of Truth over this land and all it's people, according to John 8:32-37 and that according to Your word people have received revelation that has made them free, in Jesus name. 

We declare that the enemy's magic charms that he has used to ensnare people and put their souls in cages has been torn from his arms. In Jesus name we declare that people have been taken out of the enemy's hands. We declare that the veil has been torn away from their eyes and they will no longer fall prey to the enemy's power. The souls that have been in confinement like caged birds have now been set free according to Ezekiel 13:20-21.

We declare that You have revived us again so that we may rejoice in You, according to Psalm 85:6.

We declare that people have turned back to you and called on Your name, and You have revived them, according to Psalm 80:18.

We declare that You have brought us out of trouble and distress and revived our Spirit, according to Psalm 71:20.

We declare that You have stretched forth Your hand against our enemies and delivered us from trouble, reviving our Spirit, according to Psalm 138:7.

We declare that Your word has revived us according to Psalm 119:50.

We declare that Your people remember Your precepts and are revived, according to Psalm 119:93.

We declare that Your people are delivered our from under the shadow of death and from their afflictions. Their yoke is broken and they are revived according to Your word, in Psalm 119:107 and Psalm 107:14-16.

We declare You have heard the cries of the afflicted and because of Your lovingkindness You have revived the Spirit of Your people, according to Psalm 119:149.

According to Ezekiel 37:9-10 we call for the breath of God to come and raise up those that have been slain. Let the breath of God come and revive and restore and raise them up as an exceedingly great army, in Jesus name.

We declare according to Ezekiel 37:16 that the Lord and His Holy Spirit have healed what was broken and raised up a people that are renewed and revived in heart, mind, soul and spirit.

We declare a oneness and a spirit of unity among Your people, O God according to John 17:21,22.

We declare that people will believe in You through our message, according to John 17:20.

We declare that You have made Your servants into flames of fire, according to Hebrews 1:7.

A Declaration of Blessing

Father,

I declare blessing on everyone in this geographic region. Send this word out and let Your angels fulfill the administration of this blessing.

I declare a release from the things that bring bondage, stress, and worry. Let there be a release from the things that deplete people's strength, steal their time and bring them into spiritual slavery. I release the Spirit of the Lord to break them free from all constraints, ungodly yokes and covenants. I loose them from the things that have had them shackled and bound.

I declare restoration for the losses of previous years. Let angels be released to administer justice and restitution on behalf of Your people. "Let all that was theirs and all rightful proceeds be restored to Your people now, in Jesus name." The thief is caught. In the name and authority of the Lord Jesus Christ I command the thief to repay every loss at no less than a 7-fold return according to Proverbs 6:31.

I decree over the people in this region supernatural cancellation of debt, as it is written in Deuteronomy 15:1,2. Let there be forgiveness of debts, both in the natural and in the spiritual as has been proclaimed.

I declare the accuser who divides must be cast down according to Revelation 12:10. I declare the God of peace has crushed the enemy under Your feet, and ours. Let there be a sudden turnaround in relationships that have been fractured, divided and estranged. Let families be made whole in Jesus name. I declare healing to the family trees. I declare God's family tree in the body of Christ is healed. I declare that you are trees of healing to the nations in Jesus name. 

Father, let the tangible results of Your glory manifest in each person's life. Pour out Your blessings upon Your people. I ask You to please give them things they have not had to work for. I ask You to shift things around in such a way as to cause Your people to receive things they couldn't possibly imagine. Bless them exceedingly, abundantly above all they could ask or think according to Ephesians 3:20. Give them divine appointments and open doors into places they couldn't get to without Your intervention, according to Revelation 3:8 and Isaiah 22:22. Let Your favor do for them the things they cannot do for themselves. You are God Almighty; You can do anything! I ask You to open Your hand and release the blessings of Your storehouses to Your people and I thank You for hearing me. In Jesus name, amen.

Are You Guarding the Wrong Treasure?

     For years I allowed anger, disappointment and unresolved hurt to keep me locked up in my pain. Lack of integrity and betrayal by those I should have been able to trust drove me to isolation, at least in part.  I kept people at a safe enough distance so that my heart wouldn’t be torn beyond repair when others failed to live up to my expectations. Disappointment in life was inevitable. I sought comfort in telling myself that no one was really worthy of my trust again.

     I thought I was guarding my heart so that it wouldn’t be hurt again, but I was wrong. I wasn’t guarding my heart; I was guarding the wounds that I had incurred. I was guarding the wrong treasure.  Somehow my perspective had gotten a bit twisted. The thoughts sounded logical as I made those silent vows in my heart. No one was going to get so close that I would get hurt like that again. I refused to allow myself to be vulnerable. And so, with hurt, offense and deep disappointment twisting my perception, I guarded the lie, guarded the pain and thought I could keep my heart safe. I trusted only myself. And yet, there I was. Unhappy, more than a bit jaded and bitter, and unable to pinpoint exactly the cause of my irritability and lingering heaviness in my soul. Day after day I couldn’t escape it. I was barely able to admit to myself that I was still in need of healing, because doing so would mean that I’d have to surrender the lies I had told myself, and the ones the enemy was still trying to get me to believe. “You can’t trust church people, you know. Christians are such hypocrites. They don’t live what they pretend to believe. You can’t trust God, either, because He could have protected you from what happened to you. He let you down. The only person you can really trust is yourself.  You don’t need them.”

     Only, the truth was, I did need them. Not necessarily the same exact people that wounded me, but I needed the body of Christ because of what was in them. I needed them because of WHO lived in them. The gifts of the Holy Spirit live in others, and it was those gifts that would make me whole again. Somehow, the shell I formed around my heart did in fact protect me from going down a rabbit hole of self-destruction, but after a period of time I realized that God was lovingly encouraging me to allow Him to remove it. I needed to surrender the judgments I’d made about others with a broad brush, lumping all the disappointments in to one category. I needed to learn how to take baby steps to integrate myself with others again, and trust God to work through them to bring healing and restoration. I didn’t want to, but the condition of my heart depended on my willingness to confront my fears and insecurities, and cast them down. I had guarded the wounds as if they were treasure, when in fact my heart was the treasure. The Holy Spirit was the treasure. The Anointing was the treasure. The calling on my life and future was the treasure. Those were the things I should have been guarding, but somehow the lie became more believable and I just accepted it as the truth. And so, I guarded and protected the lie and allowed the real treasure to be taken into captivity. And my soul became chained. My spirit caged. My heart broken. I was hemorrhaging spiritual power. I was bleeding out and it hadn’t even occurred to me that’s what had been happening. Maybe you’ve found yourself in a similar situation. If so, please keep reading.

     Caught between a rock and a hard place, I chose to fall upon The Rock and confront the hard places in my own imaginations. If I didn’t choose life, my soul and spirit would eventually die from my wounds. I felt like my spirit was suffocating. I needed to be able to breathe again. With a heartfelt gasp I cried, “Lord, I chose life. I want to live! Forgive me for judging Your body – and You. I forgive those that hurt me, just help me heal. Give me the grace to trust again. Lead me to those that You know are safe. Lead me to those that You have chosen to be a part of my healing and restoration, in Jesus name.”

And He did.

Lies we listen to:

Lie: I don’t need to go to church. I can work through this on my own, just between me and God.

Truth: God puts truth, answers, love, healing and anointing in His vessels. Those things are designed to have a purpose in our restoration and healing. We were never created to be separate from others, but integrated into one another’s lives. We were designed with relationship in mind. We do need others because we are 'the church.'

Lie: I can have friends that aren’t religious (or live with Christian values) that can satisfy my need for relationship.

Truth: We don't need religion, but we do need Christ. He is the light, the truth, our Healer and Restorer. God has specifically advised us through scripture that darkness has nothing in common with light. Neither the human spirit nor a worldly spirit or a new age philosophy can actually heal or restore a wounded soul. The Lord told us in John 8:32 that it is the Spirit of Truth that can lead us into truth and make us free, and that comes only from God’s Holy Spirit. We are also advised not to forsake assembling with one another, breaking bread with one another and having fellowship. Authentic, godly, loving relationships help provide balance, stability and nurturing in our lives that pave the way for healing and restoration.

Lie:  I can just focus on work, family and other things and I’ll be fine. Time heals all wounds.

Truth: Time does not heal our wounds. The evidence is everywhere. Look around. People everywhere are wounded and hurting because they have never received genuine healing for the grief and raw emotions that linger from unhealed wounds. It is not time that heals, but forgiveness towards those that have hurt and disappointed us. Until we choose to forgive those that have sinned against us can we heal. Perhaps someone offended us or did something much worse through unkind and unloving words and actions. I have had people that were acting on hell’s agenda to deliberately try to destroy me and my loved ones. It is hard to forgive another person’s intentional actions to cause pain, humiliation, and destruction – but it is possible. Fear, anger, anxiety, stress, and other worrisome thoughts can be the result of our own unforgiving heart that is plagued by demonic tormentors. The only way out of that prison is through the door of forgiveness. Many, many people have found their way out of spiritual and emotional prison. You can too.

     Friend, I pray that this has helped you. If you’ve been guarding the wrong treasure, I pray that you will make a divine exchange today and surrender your heart to Jesus. Ask Him to lead you to the people He has chosen to be a part of your healing. He knows your hurt and disappointment in those that didn’t live up to your expectations. He will heal you if you will just trust Him. It’s time to discard the lies. Your heart is not safe in your own keeping. It is only safe when you surrender it to Jesus and let Him take care of it. Choose life. Your heart is the greatest treasure that you could ever offer to the Lord, and I promise you that He will guard it as the treasure it is. Let Him restore your hope and your heart, because the truth is, there are many wonderful people out there that are worth letting in to your life.                        

Stay Focused!

There are so many wonderful things going on in San Diego County right now. Not just wonderful things, but spiritual things. God's Holy Spirit is definitely moving across denominational lines, cross pollinating with various influences as His body enjoys fellowship and ministry with one another. It seems that everywhere we look, there are now a variety of gatherings in multiple places on a variety of different topics, all designed to enrich and grow the body of Christ.

When God's Spirit begins to move in a greater way, it goes without saying that the enemy will rise up to try to stop all the great things that are happening. When ever the Kingdom of God advances, Satan feels threatened and will look for ways to shut down the progress and quench the Spirit of God. 

One of the first things the enemy will tempt us to do is to formulate judgments against others in the body of Christ. There can be a multitude of reasons, but please just allow me to draw your attention to the temptation so that you can recognize it and shut it down before it goes anywhere. 

You're walking out of a meeting you didn't really enjoy...
You hear something negative about someone else and feel tempted to repeat it...
Someone did something that offended you, and you want to vent about it...
A twinge of jealousy and competition rears it's ugly head...
You feel forgotten by the Lord and frustrated...
Others didn't do things the way you thought they should be done.

And before you know it, negative words escape out of your lips. It's bad enough when you say it in private. It's much worse when you say it to someone else, and here's why.

"Don't bad mouth your leaders, not even under your breath, and don't abuse your betters, even in the privacy of your own home. Loose talk has a way of getting picked up and spread around. Little birds drop the crumbs of your gossip far and wide." Message Bible, Ecclesiastes 10:20

Proverbs 6:16-19 in the Message Bible says this:

"There are six things God hates, and one more that He loathes with a passion:

Eyes that are arrogant,
a tongue that lies,
hands that murder the innocent,
a heart that hatches evil plots,
feet that race down a wicked track,
a mouth that lies under oath,
a troublemaker in the family."

God really, really dislikes trouble making in any form. Sometimes even good people don't realize that the enemy may be tempting them to say the wrong thing. We've all been there. Something comes out of our mouth and we immediately want to snatch those words and shove them back in our mouth. We're human and we make mistakes. But, Nehemiah 4:11 reminds us of the enemy's intent. He always looks for a person that can be used as his pawn. He looks for weaknesses to exploit, and someone that can be easily offended or manipulated to be used for destructive purposes. When people were working in unity to rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem, the enemy - working through a couple of influential people - made this statement: 

"And our adversaries said, "They will neither know or see anything, till we come into their midst and kill them and cause their work to cease." NKJV

Satan's objective is still the same: cause the laborers to become discouraged, weary and interrupt their unity of heart. Nehemiah's advice then and our wisdom now is not to allow the enemy to intimidate anyone. Don't let other people's words or even your own renegade thoughts become a distraction. The work of the Lord is far too important. Stay focused on whatever the Lord has given to you as your assignment, and remember to pray for God to continue to expand His kingdom and bring about His designed purpose. He will fight for us as we do, and whatever the enemy has planned to try to interrupt, divide and stop the work will come to nothing.     

When God does something new, people can tend to question a lot of things. Jesus himself said that a person can't sew a new patch on an old cloth because the fabrics weren't the same. He was making an illustration to the new fitting in with the old. He also said that people used to drinking old wine wouldn't necessarily find new wine very appealing. They wouldn't want it because they were used to something else. When God does a new thing, it is often those that are comfortable with the old form that aren't comfortable with whatever or whoever God brings on the scene. God is not into old forms. One thing I know about this new move of God is that He is using new faces, those that have been hidden in caves and those that have been feeling sidelined. This move of God is for His body to find their place and become effective and fruitful. No one will be able to own it. Past moves of God have been shut down by those that have tried to control what God was doing or they spoke against it, creating negative judgments, offense and unbelief in others. There is so much that could be said on that topic alone! My point though, is to be alert and aware of these things so that we all recognize our own little 'hot buttons' and not fall prey to the enemy using our mouths to try to discourage others from participating in or enjoying the variety of things God is doing in our midst. UNITY allows Holy Spirit to flow unhindered. 

Psalm 133 says this:

"Behold, how good and precious it is for the brethren to dwell in unity!  It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, Aaron's beard, running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; for there the Lord commanded the blessing - life forevermore." 

 "Real wisdom, God’s wisdom, begins with a holy life and is characterized by getting along with others. It is gentle and reasonable, overflowing with mercy and blessings, not hot one day and cold the next, not two-faced. You can develop a healthy, robust community that lives right with God and enjoy its results only if you do the hard work of getting along with each other, treating each other with dignity and honor." James 3:17,18 Message Bible

As we learn to develop a greater sense of community with one another, it's important to recognize the growing pains. We may not all see eye to eye on a lot of things, but we can enjoy the fruit of our labors together as we exalt the Lord Jesus. It's His kingdom, after all, and He will built it His way. Your kingdom come, O Lord, and Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Possessing the Gates

God has given us incredible promises to enable us to triumph over our enemies, but we all know that when fighting for a victory, it doesn’t necessarily come easy. War is war, is it not? When you’re contending for a victory it’s going to take a dedicated effort to persevere until you see it manifest.

There is a specific promise that God has been speaking to me about recently. It’s found in Genesis 24:60. Abraham’s servant went in search for a bride for Abraham’s son, Isaac. Holy Spirit led the man to just the right woman and she agreed to come back with him to be Isaac’s wife, but before she left, her family, household servants and friends gathered together to pronounce a blessing upon her. This is what they said: “And they blessed Rebekah, and said unto her, Thou art our sister, be thou the mother of thousands of millions, and let thy seed possess the gate of those which hate them.” (Genesis 24:60 KJV)

It sounds very similar to what God told Abraham years earlier, when He promised a miraculous birth to an older, infertile couple. “I will bless her and will surely give you a son by her. I will bless her so that she will be the mother of nations; kings of peoples will come from her." (Genesis 17:16)

The promise was repeated again in the life of Isaac’s son, Jacob. “I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies…” (Genesis 22:17)

Allow me to call your attention to the word ‘Gates’ in Genesis 24:60. The promise to multiply and be fruitful is one part of the promise, but possessing the gates of enemies is quite another. Some translations say ‘take over the affairs of the city.’ The gate was where all the central activity of that city occurred. Judicial matters and court settlements occurred at the gate. The gate of the city was also where business transactions took place and messages were heralded. If a person wanted to deliver a message that would reach the masses, they announced it at the gate. It was the center of marketplace activity as well. A gate, also referred to as a door, is an entrance or an exit into something greater. One way we take authority over the gates of our lives is to shut the enemy down and close any potential doors that he may be using to access our lives. God wants to heal your family tree. He longs to restore generational blessings that have been held back or tied up in your generational line.The enemy works through our blind spots - things that he sees as something that grants him legal access to our lives, but things that we don't realize actually exist. Close the doors the enemy has been using to rob you of joy, steal what belongs to you, and plunder your blessings. Possess the gates! Close the open doors so that your restoration can be unlocked! God’s intent is to give us far more victories than what we might imagine! His desire is to give us strategies to take authority over whatever mountain may stand in our path. His desire to is help us possess the gates of commerce, the gates of trade, positively influence the gates of education, politics, our city gates where important decisions are made and so many more. How can we possibly try to take authority over bigger enemies if we can't take authority over the gates of our personal life? We must start with ourselves. God has already given us a promise that it’s His desire for us to overcome what ever adversary stands opposed to the things that pertain to fullness of life. Whether it’s a health issue, an issue with someone on the job, enemies in the natural such as ISIS or even our own government agencies implementing corrupt policies; God wants us to exercise our God-given dominion so that the Kingdom of God is manifested in that situation. As God’s children we declare His kingdom come, His will be done – on earth as it is in heaven.

I was talking to a woman the other night that was struggling in her work environment. She mentioned that there were members of a witches’ coven in her workplace. When I asked where she worked, it was a very prominent place. Important decisions that affected everyone in our nation were made in the very place she worked, and that was where the enemy had his people in place. It didn’t surprise me, but it did jolt me awake a bit to realize that we too, as God’s ambassadors, need to be on our toes all the time, declaring God’s kingdom in all of our circumstances. We need to declare His word over all the power of the enemy so as to ‘possess the gates of our enemies.’ Friends, don’t let evil go unchecked. Set down the boundaries established by the Lord in His word. Find the scriptures that speak to your particular situation and enforce the King’s Law – in your home, workplace, and community. Never underestimate the power of your declarations! You never know what evil you stop in it’s tracks by doing so. And, by doing this, you make room for the Kingdom of God to burst in to your circumstances!

Prayer Declaration to Unravel Evil Plans

I ask You, Lord, to set up safety and protection for all those that come under the umbrella of my prayer. I pray for myself, my family members, as well as those in my city. For Your namesake, O God, we ask that You remember the sacrifice Jesus paid on our behalf and deliver us from the hand of our enemies. Deliver us from those who plot evil and conspire wicked plans we pray. Father, hear our petition and grant us victory over those that would attempt to bring pain, destruction and torment to others. Help us to advance from victory to victory, crush the wickedness and oppression of our enemies, and establish Your justice among men and among nations.

Therefore, In the name and authority of Jesus Christ, I ask You to send your warrior angels to bind the strongmen of Lust, Fear, Pride, Rebellion, Religious Zeal, Jealousy, Vengeance, Rape and Murder over the United States of America, it's citizens, the city of _______ and the State of _________. As a blood-bought child of God, an heir to the Kingdom of God, and Your ambassador sent to establish Your kingdom on earth, I forbid all evil spirits that energize and give power to religious zealots as well as a spirit of terrorism from rising up. I bind the spirit of rape, fear and terrorism. I command these evil spirits to be silenced, impotent and paralyzed in the authority of Jesus name. I ask that You send Your angels to bind up and war against demonic spirits in the heavenly realms. Father, You said in Your word that what we allow on earth is allowed in heaven, and what we forbid, or bind, on earth is already bound in heaven. There is no terrorism, rape, murder, or religious vengeance allowed in heaven therefore it is not allowed here on earth. Father, I am grateful that You are bound by your word to uphold this decree, because You are faithful to honor Your word. It is written in Matthew 18:18-20, "Truly I say to you that whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven. Again, I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or more of them are gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst."

I declare the name of Jesus Christ over my family, my neighborhood, and the citizens of my city. I declare Jehovah Nissi is our victory and Jehovah Shammah, the Lord is present. I declare the name El Shaddai over this land, for He is the God that is mighty and He is our sustainer. I declare the name El Elyon over this land, for He is exalted as the MOST HIGH GOD. He is exalted as the Sovereign One. I declare Jehovah Saboath over this land, for He is the Lord of Hosts of angelic armies.I declare the name of El Gmulot, for He is the God of recompense and the one who spoils the plans of the enemy. I declare JESUS CHRIST IS LORD OVER ISIS/ISIL, ALLAH, AL-QAEDA AL NUSRA, KHORASAN, VENGEANCE and TERRORISM. I command every enemy and terrorist group to bow to the name of Jesus Christ.

I declare that anger, fear, rage, vengeance and the spirit of murder along with all the works of the enemy must be interrupted and unraveled now in Jesus name. Father, I ask that You provide increased safety and protection to women and children. Let them be sensitive to listen and heed the promptings of Your Holy Spirit and ministering angels that guide them away from evil.

In the name and authority of the Lord Jesus Christ, I hereby release a decree against all ungodly altars and evil thrones. In Your law, Father, it is written in Deuteronomy 12:2-4, "You shall utterly destroy all the places where the nations whom you shall dispossess serve their gods, on the high mountains and on the hills and under every green tree. It is also written in Deuteronomy 7:5, Exodus 34:14, Leviticus 26:30 and Numbers 33:52 that we, Your people, are to tear down ungodly altars and destroy the high places where evil thrones rule.

Therefore, as a representative of Your kingdom, I command all meeting places where evil spirits are glorified must be undone immediately. Father, let evil thrones be dismantled by Your angels, for demonic spirits energize those with a desire to carry out evil plans.

Let your angels bring confusion and turmoil to those that try to partner with those that conspire evil. Let the enemy and all adversaries be set upon themselves in confusion, so that they cannot communicate, form plans or strategize, in Jesus name, according to Genesis 11:7-9, 1 Samuel 14:20 and Judges 7:22.

Let the plans of the enemy be spoiled and the name of Allah be put to shame. Let principalities and powers be spoiled, according to Jeremiah 51:56 and Col. 2:16. Let the God of recompense, El Gmulot, destroy the works of evil in Jesus name.

Let those that worship false gods lose interest in them and turn to the One and only True God, Jesus Christ. Let them repent of their evil ways and pledge their allegiance to the Lord Jesus Christ.  Let all those that practice evil and conspire against others lose all power and effectiveness to carry out their plans, in Jesus name.

I thank You, Father, for releasing angels to carry out the fulfillment of this prayer. Thank you for setting up a hedge of protection around the unsuspecting, the innocent and those that would pray against evil. Thank You for Your promise of protection that no weapon forged against us shall prosper, and for your promise of safety in Psalm 91. Cover us with Your wings, O God, and hide us from the plans of the enemy. In Jesus name, amen.

Decree to Dismantle Evil Altars

Where ever evil is worshiped, it grants the enemy a legal right in that place. An altar is a place of establishing spiritual power, where sacrifices and covenants are made. It's a place where loyalties are pledged, and those that do, empower that particular god to have authority and dominion in that particular place. 

In order to make headway in the spirit realm and really break through, it takes a variety of things working on our behalf. Prayer, worship, personal sacrifice in the form of giving and good works all work together to help establish the authority of the one whom we love and serve. However, we also need declarations and decrees because God has said in Job 22:28 that 'what we declare shall be established.' It is the power of our spiritual declarations, utilizing the word of God, which releases angels to carry out the spoken word. Everything on earth, in heaven and in between rests on spiritual laws established by God. The world MUST operate by these spiritual laws; however, we are God's authority in the earth, and , like the police, if we do not do our part to enforce God's word (through our declarations), then the result is lawlessness. Now you understand why I write many prayers and declarations! This new one is to establish God's law and order, thereby depriving the enemy of the worship that he so eagerly desires. IF the enemy's altars are dismantled, his evil thrones get toppled and God's people begin to prevail over wickedness. Let's pray and declare together, and as we do, you can include your specific family members, city and geographic region.

Father,

In the name and authority of the Lord Jesus Christ, I hereby release a decree against all ungodly altars and evil thrones.

Whereas, the enemy, hereafter known as Satan and all those under his influence, has conspired to perpetuate a curse against the people in this city and geographic region, including me and my family;

Whereas, the enemy has refused to leave me and my family alone, but has continually harassed, tormented, afflicted, robbed, deceived, murdered, accused, divided and destroyed;

Whereas, Satan and demonic spirits has made corporate covenants with evil minded people and spiritual forces in order to terminate the life and spirit of Your people;

Whereas, the enemy has plotted to tempt Your people to greed, rebellion and idolatry so that they would sin against You, thereby hindering You from drawing close to Your people; 

Whereas, the enemy has contracted with services from unholy priests and unrighteous ministers in order to invoke curses upon Your people, to weaken them and make them susceptible to failure and defeat;

Whereas, the enemy and adversary has strategized how to deceive Your people through divination and fraud;

Whereas, the enemy has made strategies to bring division, discord and disunity in families, churches, ministries and throughout this geographic region so as to cut off a move of Your Spirit;

Whereas, the enemy has exalted himself as a God and erected altars to himself, thereby depriving You of worship;

Whereas, these ungodly altars include abortion clinics, where the blood of innocent lives are shed, thereby further empowering Satan and demonic forces to carry out evil plans;

Whereas, these ungodly and evil altars are for the sole purpose of perpetuating torment and affliction upon Your people and those in this geographic region;

Whereas, ancient covenants and ancestral traditions have empowered the enemy to continue to enact curses upon Your people so that they are carried away with grief, torment of soul and unbelief towards You;

Whereas these ungodly covenants have handed our families, the citizens of our cities and this geographic region over to bondage, making the citizens thereof serve ungodly kings and rulers, and have made people slaves to demonic spiritual powers;

Whereas, the result of these actions by the enemy and his followers produces captivity, slavery to sin and judgment from God;

Therefore, I ask that as the Just Judge of Heaven and Earth, You charge the enemy with the aforementioned crimes against humanity. I request that he be brought up on charges, chained, and brought to the court of heaven. I petition the court in a class action suit against the evil one known as Satan, the Father of Lies, the Deceiver, the Thief, the Accuser of the Brethren, Diablo, the one who Divides, the Murderer, and any and all names by which he is otherwise known. Let all evil princes, warlords, witches, wizards, satanic priests and those practicing demonic sorcery also be named as defendants.

In Your law, Father, it is written in Deuteronomy 12:2-4, "You shall utterly destroy all the places where the nations whom you shall dispossess serve their gods, on the high mountains and on the hills and under every green tree. "You shall tear down their altars and smash their sacred pillars and burn their Asherim and you shall cut down the engraved images of their gods and obliterate their name from that place. "You shall not act like this toward the LORD your God.”

It is also written in Deuteronomy 7:5, Exodus 34:14, Leviticus 26:30 and Numbers 33:52 that we, Your people, are to tear down ungodly altars and destroy the high places where evil thrones rule.

Again, in Exodus 23:24 it is written: “Do not bow down before their gods or worship them or follow their practices. You must demolish them and break their sacred stones to pieces.”

Therefore, let all evil altars be silenced. Let the spirit of python, witchcraft, familiar spirits and divination be silenced and sent back to the abyss created for them in the name and authority of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Let all those that practice witchcraft and sorcery against others lose all power and effectiveness to carry out their plans, in Jesus name.

Let the enemy and all adversaries be set upon themselves in confusion, so that they cannot communicate, form plans or strategize, in Jesus name, according to Genesis 11:7-9, 1 Samuel 14:20 and Judges 7:22.

Let praise and worship arise to Jesus Christ that sets ambushes and routes the enemy, for it is written in 2 Chron. 20:20 that when Your people began to praise You, You set ambushes for their enemies which caused the enemy to turn upon himself. Let the enemies of God be completely defeated in Jesus name.

Let all sacrifices to false gods cease immediately in Jesus name, for Your law states that man shall have no other gods before You, as it is written in 2 Chronicles 20: 3. I also request (in the name of Jesus Christ) that all abortion clinics where human sacrifices are made and all altars where the blood of innocents is shed must close down immediately, for these act as evil altars where the enemy gains power.

Let Your fire be kindled upon the foundations of evil mountains and burn into the lowest hell according to Deuteronomy 32:22.

Let the foundations of evil altars hear Your shout, O God! Let their walls be torn down and her towers fall according to Jeremiah 50:15.

Let the sword of the Lord be released against evil foundations and altars where satan is worshiped, according to Jeremiah 46:10. 

Let evil foundations and demonic altars be shaken according to Acts. 16:26.

Let Your hand be stretched out against the destroying mountains that destroy the earth according to Jeremiah 51:25.

Let the foundations of Egypt be torn down, according to Ezekiel 30:4, and let the wealth of the wicked be transferred into the hands of the righteous, according to Prov. 13:22.

Let all those that are involved in making sacrifices to false gods, satanic worship and involved in demonic sorcery immediately become disillusioned and disappointed in their false gods, reject and renounce all covenants, contracts and loyalty to evil spirits. Let them burn their magic books and come over to the Lord’s side, as it is written in Acts 19:17-19. “Many of those who had believed kept coming, confessing and disclosing their practices. And many of those who practiced magic brought their books together and burned them in the sight of everyone…”

Let the word of God grow mightily and prevail, according to Acts 19:20.

Let those who have been poisoned by bitterness and bound by iniquity repent and be saved  according to Acts 8:13 and vs. 22-24.

Let every intended curse that the enemy wants to put upon Your people be turned into a blessing, in Jesus name, according to Deuteronomy 23:5.

Let every form of deception, fraud and intent to injure your people be unraveled and come to nothing, in Jesus name, for it is written that no weapon formed against us shall prosper according to Is. 54:17.

Let angels be released to tear down evil altars and unseat ungodly rulers, according to Ephesians 2:6, for I am seated with Christ in heavenly places above principalities and powers in high places.

Let principalities and powers be spoiled, according to Jeremiah 51:56 and Col. 2:16. Let the God of recompense, El Gmulot, destroy the works of evil in Jesus name.

Let God arise and Your enemies be scattered according to Psalm 68:1,2.

Let the covenants and ancient traditions of the enemy be halted now, in Jesus name. Let people return to making covenants with God their Father according to Exodus 24:7-8.

Let the fire of God consume the divination of the enemy according to 1 Kings 18:40, and let all ungodly altars be silenced and void of power.

Let altars to God Our Father be constructed in our homes, workplaces and throughout the land, giving glory to the Lord Jesus Christ.

It is also written in Proverbs 6:31 that when the thief is caught he must repay with a seven-fold return and may have to give up all the substance of his house. I petition the court for the full amount due, and ask that You make the thief give up his entire house full of goods.

You also stated in Proverbs 13:22 in the word of God that the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous. I petition the court for compensation of the losses of previous years and that You would grant my request. I ask that the enemy must repay retroactive compensation for past losses, due and payable immediately by the amount set by the court.

Let it be known that it is also written that we are not slaves, but sons, daughters and heirs. For Jesus Christ, our Liberator, bought our freedom when he was crucified and resurrected on our behalf. I ask that the thief must be declared guilty and a favorable judgment towards Your people would be granted. I also ask for angels to be put on assignment to administrate the distribution of wealth, blessings, healings, miracles, breakthrough, restoration and oversee that justice is brought to Your people.

I ask that all false judgments against Your people be overturned, and that Your people who have been falsely accused, slandered and shamed due to the evil plots of the enemy would be vindicated.

As a blood bought child of God, I petition the court to consider the charges brought against the defendant(s) and I call the LORD JESUS CHRIST to act as our defending counsel. I also petition the witness of HOLY SPIRIT to declare the truth in accordance to the aforementioned charges.

Please let it be recognized by the court that this appeal is not based on any righteousness or good deeds on behalf of the plaintiffs. In fact, we respectfully acknowledge that we have no personal merit by which we may stand before the court. Your Honor, the plaintiffs should be acquitted of any counter charges brought by the enemy, based on the shed blood of Jesus Christ. I approach the court because it is written in Hebrews 4:16 that I may come boldly to the throne of grace to find help and mercy in the time of my need. I acknowledge that as plaintiffs, we are merely sinners that have been saved by Your grace, and we ask that You give consideration to the fact that the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, our brother and Your Son, paid our debt in full with His very life. His sacrifice is not in vain. Therefore, I request that any and all excuses or arguments made by the defendant(s) shall be upheld as an objection, rendered null and void, and be stricken from the court records. I also ask that Your people are granted the eviction notice that is immediately served upon the enemy which forces him out of my home, family, and the land in this geographic region. Let Your angels chain the enemy and render all adversaries paralyzed, silenced and impotent of all power. Thank You for hearing my petition and for granting my request . In Jesus name, Amen.

The Drought is Over

It’s January 5^th , 2016 and I’m sharing some thoughts from God for His children. I just finished in a worship session and the Word of the Lord came. He wants to touch those with a childlike faith a childlike heart. What God put on my heart is that God was tired of seeing His children like the paralytic beggar at the pool of Bethsaida, waiting and begging for someone to put him into the pool. He had been crying out, “God, I see that there is water…a place where miracles happen, a place where miracles will transpire, but no one is there to bring me into that place.” And God said, “I am going to come and bring my children to a place to be lifted up from their weakness and lifted up from the spiritual lameness, where the Spirit of the Lord can come wash over them.” “You will be a people who will not be begging for My presence or begging for someone to come into that place and provide that transportation for them but they will be children of the Lord that will rise up and walk in His presence. He is looking for those that have a childlike faith and a childlike heart that will sense the newness and the sweetness of His presence. There’s been a 7 year drought in this area, in this region of Southern California. There has been a drought for His children but it’s over; the winter is past. The refreshing has come. It’s time for His presence to come. As Peter cried out, “These are days of refreshing, ” God will refresh His children with a sweetness of His Spirit, a sweetness of His presence. It’s a sweetness that will take away the restriction, the constriction that has brought His children to a place where they no longer experience the joy, where they no longer feel the freedom to dance, or they’ve questioned as to whether God’s presence could even be felt anymore. God says He is going to bring a rain of His presence that will bring a freshness that takes away the cloud from your minds. It will take away the restrictions away, and the double-mindedness and doubt as to the will of God and where you’re to be. There will be such a confidence to know that you’ll say, “I am in the midst of God, I am being directed by His presence.” There will be such a confidence in your life of knowing God is with you that you will be directed to others that are hungry and crying out for a taste of Him. This is the now time, it’s the time for Him to pour out on His people now, and it will be the sweetness of His Spirit that will attract others. People with a childlike heart and a childlike faith will yearn for His presence. They will want to be close to their Father, and their Father will draw them to Him. God is going to wipe away confusion. He is going to eliminate the despair, the discouragement and the depression that comes from a soul that is hungry and desiring His presence, to be joyful and set free. As God is pouring out His presence, it will bring miracles. There will be healing miracles of the body and of the mind. God is in the midst of His people healing their minds. There is a cry from this nation and a cry from society to deal with the mental anguish that people are feeling every day. People are desperate to get any sort of medication to deal with their depression and their hopelessness, but you can’t medicate hopelessness. Only God can come in and bring a refreshing and a new hope, a new heart and a new spirit. This is what the Lord says: “I AM going to give you a new spirit. I am going to give you a new heart and a new mind, and it’s going to come where it will come and bring you into a place where there will be no more excuses concerning what I can do or what I will do. These will be a people who will be prepared to go where I send them. At any moment, they will be prepared to be sent forth to take My presence to others. There is not going to be a question as to “How is God going to do it?” “How am I going to get there, or all that God will do to bring you from point A to point B. “There is just going to be a vessel that says, “Yes, Lord, I am filled with Your water, the newness of Your sweet wine and the newness of joy.” “I will pour it out on a dry heart, a dry land and dry lives to those that will be excited to be set free by the Lord.” There is a sweet wine of His presence that comes, a graciousness of the Lord, that once it touches you, you will bring that kindness, that graciousness and sweetness to the hearts of those that are hardened and hurt by life and they are crying out for something new. This is the hour when God is pouring out on San Diego county, and He’s pouring out on those whose lives have been on hold. Those with a childlike heart who have been on the edge, where they haven’t known if they could go on any longer. They’ve been holding on so long they’ve been full of despair, and God says, “This is it. “The enemy has known this was coming and he has tried to constrict God’s people from trying to receive everything that God has for them, but God is going to release joy, grace and He will lead them out of where they’ve been in hiding. It’s those with childlike hearts that will lead them. It will be those like David who danced before the Lord that will lead them. It’s those whose faith has been constricted. It will be those who have a childlike heart that will lead them out,” says the Lord.
