The word prayer is defined as a plea, petition, and request for something
from the sovereign God (John 14:6; Ephesians 4:30) that Christians have
access to through the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:6-
10).It is to intercede to plead our cause, or plead the cause of others, asking
God to intervene. Let me begin by clarifying that while this article and the
prayer points offer prayers of repentance, petitions, requests and targeted
declarations of faith; and, while I do make reference to dealing with
principalities over cities and other stubborn spirits, I do not suggest to anyone
to presume to directly attack a principality. That is not wisdom. I also never
advise people to 'go to war' in prayer without first doing some deep
cleansing prayers. This guards against the enemy's backlash and retaliation.
People can get attacked if they have open doors to the enemy. Please see
my Breakthrough Prayer under the pages section for a very thorough prayer
that helps shut doors to the enemy.
We can return God’s word to Him and believe in faith that He will
release the answers for our petitions in His timing. In biblical terminology, a
"declaration" is a message or a word that makes known what is already true
about something. The purpose of declarations is to make known the truth
about who God is and what He has done. Christians may use declarations to
make these truths known.
The term decree refers to a legally binding legal decision made by a legal
authority, such as a court of law, a head of state, or a governmental body.
As such, the decision has what is called "the force of law," and what is
decided becomes a command. If you recall, Queen Esther wrote an
authoritative announcement, signed in the king’s name and stamped with
the king’s signet ring. This indicated that Esther’s Decree carried the same
authoritative power as the king and was to be treated with the same respect.
This is an example of us being given “all authority” over the enemy. (Luke
10:19) This possession of knowledge as we find in Matthew 16:19 is what
gives us confidence towards making decrees. Jesus said, “I will give you the
keys of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in
heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” The fact
that it is in past tense reminds us that the work has already been done by
Jesus himself and we are simply coming into agreement with the truth and
reinforcing the laws of our homeland. “On earth as it has already been
decided in heaven.” The words “all authority” found in Luke 10:19 speaks of
delegated authority, being given jurisdiction and legal empowerment to act in
accordance with faith towards God’s revealed word. (See Exousia, #1849 in
the Strong’s Concordance). So, in reality, we are not making decrees
outside of the law or trying to create something in our own power or ability by
forcing our will into circumstances (which would be a form of manipulation
and witchcraft); but, we are agreeing with the heart of the Father and
speaking forth His word in the way that He would want His laws to be
enforced. Knowing the heart of the Father is vital to being able to make
honorable decrees that He will enforce, because God will not ever enforce
decrees that are spoken out of wrong motivation. His heart is a balance of
love, mercy, justice and equity, and he alone determines when and how
decrees, declarations and prayers come to pass.
Declarations and decrees are not intended to imply that we can somehow
manipulate God into doing what we demand, rather to partner in faith with
Him to declare what He has already spoken and believe that we can partner
with His word to ‘call those things that do not exist as though they do’
(Romans 4:17).
When the heavens are shut up, the principalities
in that area grow stronger. A principality becomes the authority over a
regionand its influence affects everything in the land. It brings a heaviness,
depression, oppression and creates a sense of hopelessness and
despair. People are subject to many bondages. Unbelief takes over,
and people curse their land because of all the problems. They release
word curses over themselves with all their negativity and complaints.
A root of bitterness grows in the hearts of the people. Crime rates soar.
Death rates increase, because people dwell in the valley of the
shadow of death. They don’t understand that all their false gods
jealously guard and enforce the agreements they have made with
them. Demonic forces of darkness lord over those covenants, and
without strategic prayers and decrees, those covenants remain to
keep people in captivity. Praying without a plan results in
discouragement and spiritual exhaustion in those that are interceding
for change.
Spiritual atmospheres affect communication, attitude, beliefs, health,
activities - absolutely everything. It is time to infiltrate the demonic
strongholds with the fire of God so that injustice loses its grip and the chains
of oppression are broken.
We need an open heaven because that is where revelation flows
from, and revelation is key to breakthrough.We cannot achieve
miracles, signs and wonders in our own strength. We must have
the Holy Spirit ministering to us and through us, and that comes
from first ministering to the Lord. An open heaven is available to
anyone that truly seeks the presence of the Lord, but on a corporate
level, if we want revival for others we must all commit to praying
the heavens open again. As intercessors, we can intercede for
others and repent on their behalf, which is known as identificational
repentance. Intercessors pray on behalf of others until they can
do it for themselves.
The following prayer is constructed by researching the causes for
curses listed in Levitcus 26 and Deuteronomy 28. There are main
categories and prayer points under each one that are scriptural
causes for the heavens becoming "as brass." My suggestion is to
gather in small groups with other intercessors and pray through
them. Please share with other intercessors so that
more people begin to pray strategically and release angels on
assignment!
Here are some tips to pray smart and stay safe:
We need to ask the Holy Spirit to convict us of sin where we may not think
we have sin. Sins of presumption, comparing ourselves to others, judgments
and retaining offenses are so common, and we may not even consider that
we actually have those things in our heart. Ask Holy Spirit to reveal your own
blind spots and to connect the dots in your understanding so that you can
see your faults the way God sees those things. If we don’t, we can still fail to
turn and repent from things that hinder our healing. This is where we as
God’s people have failed to turn from our wicked ways. Those are the things
that leave open doors to the enemy’s backlash.
1. Pray for the peace of your city. Pray for the enemies of God to be crushed under His feet, according to Romans 16:20.
2.Pray for unforgiveness and bitterness to be uprooted in individual lives. Declare that forgiveness, mercy and compassion abound.
3. Pray for the kingdom of God to manifest in your city on earth as it is in heaven.
4. Pray for people's needs to be met so that they would not feel tempted to resort to crime and illegal activity.
5. Pray for all leaders to submit to God’s authority and for them to have wisdom to govern the people under them. Declare all spiritual portals that have been opened to bring a curse are closed and the doors locked according to Isaiah 22:22. Declare the authority that governs with wisdom and protects the citizens of the city is established like a firm peg according to Isaiah 22:23.
6. Pray in tongues so that you know you are praying God’s will.
7. Praise and worship - establish a throne for Jesus to rule and reign in the midst of your enemies. Pursue the Lord and keep your eyes fixed on Him.
8. Use your authority within your area of influence to bind the enemy to the laws of God by declaring the Word.
9. Cleanse your home and your life of anything that could be used by the enemy to form an attachment to you or your family.
10. Pray the scriptures over the spirits of intimidation and rebellion, and stand in agreement with one another, pleading the blood of Jesus over every family and household within your sphere of influence.
11. Declare Jesus Christ is the shield and exceedingly great reward for every family and household within your sphere of influence.
12. Declare your neighborhood, family, and those in your city are the bride of Christ and belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Prayer Strategy for Revival
Scripture tells us that when we approach God we do so with
thanksgiving and praise. The first part of the prayer is to ignite
our faith while still approaching God with reverence and humillity.
My Father,
I come before You with thanks for who You are.
I exalt You as LORD, Savior and King of Kings.
I exalt You as the Name above every other name that has
attempted to release oppression over my life.
I exalt You as LORD over every circumstance.
I praise You for the way You lead me by the hand and help
me navigate through tight places.
I praise You for the way You restore my hope and help me
overcome discouraging thoughts.
I thank You and praise You for teaching me Your ways, so
that my soul can prosper and I can be in health.
I thank You for getting my mind off of unfruitful thoughts
so that I can see your beauty.
I thank You, Holy Spirit, for sifting out the things that
don’t even need to be in my prayers.
I thank You, Holy Spirit, for showing me how to pray in
such a way as to glorify Christ instead of my
circumstances.
I praise You for the way You work through the
impossibilities of my life.
I praise You that You are in control.
I praise You that You watch over Your word to bring it to
pass.
I praise You because I know that my prayers have been heard
and I have what I have requested.
I praise You for the things I can see working in my life
and the things I don’t see.
I praise You for the way that You are able to take every
circumstance and redeem it to bring hope and something that
works for my good.
I praise You that You are the One who knows how to bring
the missing pieces together.
I praise You for being the One who loves Me and aligns me
for blessing.
I praise You that You are the One who leads me into the
good plans You have for me.
I praise You for my breath.
I praise You for life.
I thank You that when I praise You I see You in the highest
place and my problems come into perspective.
I thank You that my praise defeats all the power of the
enemy.
I thank You that when I praise You my faith is lifted and I
get a spiritual upgrade.
I thank You that when I praise you prison doors are opened
and I am released from captivity.
I thank You that when I praise You the invisible barriers
are broken.
I thank You that when I praise You I receive revelation and
inspired thoughts from You.
I thank You that You are the answer to everything I need.
I thank You that You are able to get through to those that
I cannot reach.
I thank You that when I praise You the heavy yoke falls off.
I thank You that when I praise You my perception of Your
greatness explodes in my heart.
I thank You that when I praise You my expectancy towards
You increases.
I thank You that when I praise you, I know that nothing is
impossible with You.
I exalt You because the name of Jesus is worthy of my
praise!
Repentance Issues
Broken Covenants
- Forgive us for profaning the name of our LORD and Savior and for blasphemous ways of perverting truth.
- Father, we have allowed heresies and false teaching to infiltrate the church and bring destructive doctrines.
- I declare that those people that have propagated destructive doctrine, leading people into rebellion and apostasy either repent or be removed immediately, as it is written in 2 Peter 2:1:
- “But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction.” Let those who preach a different gospel repent immediately.
- Forgive us for declaring that the cornerstone of our cities is laid upon anything other than the revelation of Jesus Christ. For it is written in Acts 4:10-12, ”… Let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead–by this name this man stands here before you in good health. “He is the STONE WHICH WAS REJECTED by you, THE BUILDERS, but WHICH BECAME THE CHIEF CORNER stone. “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”
- I declare that every ungodly word spoken by those in covenant with the demonic realm and secret societies such as the Freemasons will have no influence in the geographic region for it is written in Jeremiah 51:26:
- “They will not take from you even a stone for a corner nor a stone for foundations, but you will be desolate forever,” declares the LORD.”
- I declare the cornerstone of our cities is laid upon the revelation of Jesus Christ, according to Ephesians 2:20-22, for it is written: “Having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the cornerstone, in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the LORD, in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit.”
- And, it is also written in Zechariah 4:7, ‘What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!” Father forgive us for breaking faith with you and believing the lie that makes us feel certain situations are impossible to change. Forgive us for complacency and not pursuing the things of God. Forgive those that have spoken out of unbelief and caused others to sin and break faith with you. You are not a man that You should lie, and I choose to believe that all things are possible with God.
- Please forgive us for selling ourselves into bondage, making covenants or contracts that have forced us into slavery, bondage and service to others, whether it was done knowingly or unknowingly. Forgive us for making lies our refuge and for the false beliefs they created, where we dishonored You. I condemn and denounce any agreements that have been made with demonic spirits, and renounce all false masters in Jesus’ name.
- I confess all the generations of my family have sinned. Forgive the iniquity in our bloodline. We have all gone astray and failed to keep all Your commandments. Forgive us for not honoring You as our Father. Please cover our sins with the blood of Jesus. I confess You, as my Lord and Savior and ask that You restore the covenant between our family and You, Father. In Jesus’ name.
- Forgive us for neglecting to use our talents and abilities for the Kingdom of God, and for failing to recognize our responsibility to invest the gifts, talents and abilities so that they would bring increase for your kingdom.
- Please forgive me and those in my family line for breaking the trust of others through broken covenants. Forgive us for creating fear, anger, resentment, jealousy and grief in others, and for the sorrow that our sins have caused. Forgive us that have treated others with a lack of integrity, for failing to keep our word and for causing others to be disappointed in us, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, I ask Your forgiveness for myself and others in my family line and in my city that have failed to honor and respect our parents. I haven’t always agreed with them, but Your word still commands me to show them honor. I admit, I don’t always know how to fulfill Your expectations, so please teach me to love them the way You want me to love them. I thank You for my parents who provided for my needs growing up.
- Father, please forgive those that have a difficult time forgiving their parents for any hurt or breach of trust that occurred. Help them release their parents from any grudges or resentment that resulted from neglect, abuse or injustice. Forgive them for holding onto their hurts instead of giving them to You, for speaking poorly about them and uncovering their sins and weaknesses to cover them in shame. Help their hearts to heal from rejection, abandonment, and fear that came in from any open doors from the enemy. Give them grace to forgive, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, Your word tells me to honor my parents. Help me, and others, find a genuine way to do that and to let them know that they are valued because they brought us into this world. Help our words and actions to be full of love and respect, believing that love can overcome any hardheartedness or broken relationship between us. Let love overcome everything the enemy meant for evil.
- Help us, Father, to show love and respect in all we do. Give me grace to give them the benefit of the doubt for misunderstandings, believing that in their own way they had good intentions. Help us only remember the good and not hold on to anything that can cause separation in our relationship.
- In all the ways we as a people in this city have failed to honor them, please forgive us. I bless the parents of my city and I speak a blessing over my own parents. Please bless their health, their relationships, their finances and their home. Help me to be an encouragement to them. Bless them with wisdom, understanding, and a close personal relationship with you. Bless them with revelation, with hearts that are free, healed, full of peace and joy, in Jesus’ name.
Idolatry
Let the influence of every secret society and every hidden influence of compromise be broken now, and let every person return to the ways of righteousness. For it is written in Romans 6:12-14: “Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.”
Forgive us for the shame and rejection we have embraced, for Your word tells us in Zephaniah 3:15, “The LORD has taken away His judgments against you, He has cleared away your enemies The King of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst; You will fear disaster no more.”
And, in Zephaniah 3:17 it is written, “The LORD your God is in your midst, A victorious warrior He will exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.”
Your Word also reminds us that You so loved the world that You gave Your only Son as a ransom for our lives, according to John 3:16.
- Forgive me, my family and those in my city for attempting to build our own kingdoms, rather than Your kingdom. Forgive us for self rule and living by our own understanding, rather than seeking You for wisdom and understanding. On behalf of myself and others in my family line, please forgive our sin, transgression and iniquity.
- On behalf of myself and those in my generational line, and those in my city, please forgive us for serving other gods and rebelling against You. Forgive us for mocking You. I renounce and forsake any vows, covenants, pledges, oaths and agreements made with man, idol, false spiritual leaders, and invoking the names of demonic spirits that have been done by me or my ancestors. Father, forgive us for shedding innocent blood, for committing abominations, and for rebellion towards You and others. I renounce all false religions, secret societies, their ceremonies, and all occult practices, including sacrifices in Jesus’ name.
- I renounce all demonic spirits that have been invited into my life and I break all agreements with spirits of darkness. I command these spirits to leave me now and never return in Jesus’ name. I remove my family name from every evil altar and I cancel any spiritual or natural inheritances controlled by the demonic realm. I want no benefit from them and send them back where they came from in Jesus’ name.
- Father, forgive me for allowing fear to manipulate my decisions. Forgive me for resorting to manipulation and control that end up resulting in self-rule, forcing my will onto others, which is witchcraft and idolatry. Please Holy Spirit, counsel me in truth and unravel the lies in my belief system so that I learn to trust You instead of trusting in myself. Forgive me for the sin of selfish ambition and attempting to set up idols of self-importance and self-sufficiency in my heart.
- Forgive me for placing other things in a higher priority than You and making them idols. I’m sorry for doubting Your goodness and faithfulness towards me.
Lack of Generosity
- Father, on behalf of myself and others in my generational line, and those in this city, please forgive us for poor stewardship, reckless spending, gambling, and other forms of misappropriation of finances. Forgive us for allowing materialism, greed, the love of money and the love of the world to create selfishness in our hearts.
- Forgive us for times when we have had more than enough and we did not spend it wisely, and for times when we acted miserly or judgemental when You wanted us to sow a blessing.
- Forgive us for having wrong motives and asking for things you could not bless. Forgive us for having an attitude of entitlement, thinking we were deserving of more when we had not proven our integrity with finances.
- Forgive us for serving and sowing from an attitude of stinginess and legalism rather than having an attitude of generosity, grace and compassion.
- Forgive us for hoarding and reluctance to sow what we have because we doubted your goodness towards us. Please replace the fear of lack and a poverty mindset with faith and the ability to have joy in my giving.
- Father, on behalf of myself, those in my family and in this city, please forgive us for any dishonesty in our business practices that would be selfish gain at the expense of creating hardship for others. Help us make things right so that our businesses are blessed.
- Forgive us for taking unlawful advantage over others, for covetousness, lust and unlawfully attempting to seize what belonged to others.
- Forgive me, those in my generational line and citizens of this city for taking a bribe, being a party to injustice and robbing others of what rightfully belongs to them.
- Forgive us for any advantages that were gained through immorality, trading services, ungodly agreements and contracts that were immoral or dishonest. I give back any advantages that I have received through ungodly agreements.
- Forgive me for contributing to the sins and weaknesses of others through the offering of goods and services that tempt others to wander off the road of righteousness.
- Father, forgive me, my ancestors and those in my city for areas where we have misled others and caused them to stumble and struggle with sin.
- Forgive us for doing things in secret that resulted in injustice towards others. Forgive us for plotting mischief or evil towards others.
- Forgive us for allowing jealousy, envy, covetousness, idolatry, judgmentalism and criticism towards others to tear them down and cause them to feel rejected, shamed or verbally abused. Put a guard against our lips, cleanse our hearts of wrong motives, and purify our speech so that it pleases You.
- Forgive us for bearing false witness and causing others to see individuals through the lens of false judgment, thereby depriving people of a blessing, justice, promotions, and open doors to new opportunities.
- Forgive us for not getting involved to correct social injustices and allowing injustice to further oppress people.
- Father, please forgive me, my ancestors and others in this city for harboring grudges, resentment and unforgiveness towards others.
- Forgive us for tempting others to partake in the sin of evil speaking, gossip, and slandering the reputations of others, and speaking carelessly without considering how it would affect others.
- Forgive us for not taking responsibility for our feelings and justifying unforgiveness. Forgive us for delaying our obedience and continuing to sit as a judge over others. Forgive us for keeping a record of wrongs when You do not treat us that way. I apologize, Lord. You alone are the just judge of all mankind.
- Forgive me for holding unforgiveness and self hatred toward myself.I choose to forgive myself and let go of regret. I choose to stop punishing myself.
- I choose to forgive those that have hurt, disappointed or offended me. I ask You to bless them in every way You want them blessed.
- Father forgive me, those in my generational line, and those in my city of the sins of sexual immorality. Forgive us for adultery, pornography, and indulgences of lust.
- Forgive us for sins of sexual abuse and rape, molestation and making victims of others.
- Forgive us for dishonesty and selfishness, using others for gratification without considering the emotional impact on others. Forgive us for creating brokenness in others and for betraying their trust.
- Forgive us for how our actions have affected the relationships and marriages of others, by creating jealousy, distrust and a ripple effect of other broken relationships.
- Forgive us for creating open doors into the lives of others for demonic attachments, leading to more and more bondage, sin and iniquities.
- Father, please forgive me, my generational line and others in this city for the sins of bloodshed.
- Forgive us for the premeditated acts of murder through abortion. Forgive us for trying to justify the destruction of the most innocent lives so that we could live without responsibility to care for those lives.
- Forgive us for cutting short the destinies of others, whether through the physical act of murder, or the spiritual equivalent of lying, bringing false accusation or slandering the reputations of others.
- Forgive us for hatred, and speaking death over ourselves, others, and over those in our city. Forgive us for empowering the enemy to carry out assignments of death and destruction through the power of our negative words.
- Father, forgive me, those in my generational line and those in my city for sins of rebellion, where we did not serve You or honor You. Forgive the sins of witchcraft, stubbornness, and serving ourselves rather than following Your commands.
- Forgive us for having heartened hearts and failing to love others as ourselves. Forgive us for not watching out for the welfare of others.
- Forgive us for all the ways we have allowed impurity and compromise in our lives instead of loving purity.
- Forgive us for the sins that have caused the heavens to be shut up and our blessings to be withheld.
- Forgive us for the sins of bitterness that have created barrenness and unproductivity in our lives and in our city.
Father, I declare mercy with justice for those bound by sin. Cut the cords of their sin and deliver them. Let a spirit of liberty be released to free those caught in the snares of the enemy. Show them the way of escape, and put it in their hearts to cry out to You. Let them call on the name of Jesus and be saved. I ask that mercy triumphs over judgment, but let those that have hardened their hearts against you, those that will never repent and turn to You, be held accountable for their actions and taken into captivity. According to Your word in Revelation 13:10, those who lead others into captivity must be led into captivity themselves.
I declare it is written in Ezekiel 38:4 that the Lord says: "I will turn you around, put hooks in your jaws and bring you out with your whole army, your horses, your horsemen fully armed, and a great horde with great and small shields, all of them brandishing their swords. And again in Isaiah 37:29 it is written, "Because you rage against Me and because your insolence has reached my ears, I will put my hook in your nose and my bit in your mouth and I will make you return by the way you came," says the Lord. It is also written in Isaiah 43:17 that You drew out the chariots and horses, the army and reinforcements together, and they lay there, extinguished, never to rise again."
"With a great throng of people I will cast My net over you;
and they will haul you up in My net.
I will throw you on the land and hurl you in an open field.
I will let all the birds of the sky settle on you
and all the animals of the wild gorge themselves on you.
I will spread your flesh on the mountains
and the ravines will be filled with your flesh."
Father, we make the following decrees because You said in your word
that if we decree a thing it shall be established for us and light will shine
on our ways, as it is written in Job 22:28.
Lord Jesus, we declare that according to Psalm 71:2 You have bent down
and heard the cries of Your people for deliverance. Because of Your
righteousness, You have rescued Your people and given them a way
of escape from their enemies.
Father, we declare that according to Psalm 50:15, You are the One
who is glorified as You deliver Your people, in Jesus name.
We declare in Jesus name, as it is written in Colossians 1:13 that You
have delivered Your people out of the control and dominion of the
kingdom of darkness and transferred them into the Kingdom of the
Son whom You love.
We declare according to Luke 4:18 that the Spirit of the Lord is
upon us, within us, and surrounds us – enabling us to preach the
good news of the Gospel in power. You have anointed us to release
the captives; to help those that are blind to recover their sight; and
to deliver those who are oppressed, downtrodden, bruised, crushed
and broken down by calamity.
Holy Spirit, we declare according to Luke 13:12 that those that
have struggled and been oppressed are delivered NOW from
their sickness and infirmity, in the name and authority of the Lord
Jesus Christ.
Father, according to Joshua 10:7,8 that the enemies of God have
been delivered into our hand in Jesus' name.
We ask that You rebuke Satan, the accuser of the brethren
according to Zechariah 3:2-4.
Father, according to Psalm 149:1-3 that we will sing a new song
of praise to You. Pour out Your Spirit, O Lord, that we might delight
Your heart and be filled with fresh joy as we worship our King together,
in Jesus' name.
We declare that the high praises of God are in our mouth and the
two-edged sword in our hand, according to Psalm 149:6-9. We
declare that demonic princes are bound in the name of the Lord Jesus,
and judgment has been executed, setting the captives free in Jesus
name.
We declare hearts are open and receptive for an encounter with
You, and they will call upon the name of Jesus, according to
Jeremiah 33:3.
We declare that people’s consciences are stirred and they are
confronting their sins now, and confessing them to You so that
they might be forgiven, according to Luke 13:3.
We declare that people are awakened from their slumber and they
remember the God who created them, according to Ephesians 5:14.
We declare people are having revelations of God and the truth of
His word according to Matthew 16:16-17.
We declare that people will not believe every spirit and be led away
into error, but will rightly discern the spirits between truth and error
according to 1 John 4:1.
We declare the perverse spirit and the false gods of spiritual error
are bound and rendered paralyzed, impotent and silent in the name

We declare the mouth that speaks lies has been stopped according
to Psalm 63:11.
We declare the Spirit of God has turned people away from their sins
and delivered the people of this city from evil according to Matthew 6:13.
We declare that as we have confessed our sins that You have forgiven
us and cleansed us from all unrighteousness, according to 1 John 1:9
and the generational curses of idolatry, hatred, strife, bitterness,
occultism, perversity, unforgiveness, poverty, bondages and addictions
are broken now in the name and authority of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We declare all ungodly covenants, vows and agreements that have been
made knowingly and unknowingly with demonic spirits are broken in
Jesus ‘ name and the people of this city speak blessing over themselves,
others and the land according to Romans 12:14 and 1 Corinthians 4:12.
We declare the covenants with death are annulled and agreements
with the realm of the dead shall no longer stand according to Isaiah 28:18.
We declare that people are now renouncing the hidden things of
shame according to 2 Corinthians 4:2.
We declare God’s light shines in the darkness, giving light and
knowledge to the glory of God in Christ Jesus according to 2

shed the revelation of the Fatherhood of God into people’s hearts,
freeing them from the lies and spirit of abandonment, in Jesus name.
We declare an outpouring of Your love and mercy according to
Ephesians 2:4-7, for You O God love us with a great love and You
are rich in mercy.
We declare a release of compassion and forgiveness, according to
James 2:13 for it is written that mercy triumphs over judgement.
We declare that people in this geographic region endeavor to keep
unity in the Spirit and are bonded together with a spirit of peace,
according to Ephesians 4:3.
We declare that what was once divided and separate is now joined
together in a bond of unity, according to Ezekiel 37:15-28.
We declare Your people are made willing in the day of Your power,
O Lord, to act in accordance with Your will, to display mercy,
compassion, forgiveness, generosity and unity according to Judges 5:2
and Psalm 110:3.
We declare that the breaker anointing leads the way and leads Your
people out of confinement in the day of Your power, according to
Micah 2:13.
We declare that the stage has been set to bring about family restoration.
We declare that relationships that have been broken are supernaturally
healed now in Jesus’ name, according to Genesis 45:1-7.
We declare that You are a healer of sorrows, according to Isaiah 53:4,5,
and by Your stripes Your people are healed, in Jesus name.
We declare that You, Lord Jesus, were crushed so that we could be
made whole, according to Isaiah 53:10, Isaiah 53:5.
We declare according to Psalm 142:7 that you have set people free
from their prison so that they may praise you, in Jesus name.
We declare a release of the Spirit of Truth over this land and all its people,
according to John 8:32-37 and that according to Your word people have
received revelation that has made them free, in Jesus name.
We declare people will stand fast in the liberty by which Christ has set
them free according to Galatians 5:1.
We declare people are taking dominion over the land according to
Psalm 8:6.
We declare the spirit of abandonment is cast out of Your children
according to Romans 8:15 and God’s perfect love casts out all fear
according to 1 John 4:17-18.
We declare that repentance and the fear of the Lord restores people’s
conscience to sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, and they have come back
to their senses according to 2 Tim. 2:26 and 1 Corinthians 15:34.
We declare that the enemy’s magic charms that he has used to
ensnare people and put their souls in cages has been torn from his
arms. In Jesus' name we declare that people have been taken out
of the enemy’s hands. We declare that the veil has been torn away
from their eyes and they will no longer fall prey to the enemy’s power.
The souls that have been in confinement like caged birds have now
been set free according to Ezekiel 13:20-21.
We declare that You have revived us again so that we may rejoice
in You, according to Psalm 85:6.
We declare that people have turned back to you and called on
Your name, and You have revived them, according to Psalm 80:18.
We declare that You have brought us out of trouble and distress and
revived our Spirit, according to Psalm 71:20.
We declare that You have stretched forth Your hand against our
enemies and delivered us from trouble, reviving our Spirit, according
to Psalm 138:7.
We declare You frustrate the devices of the crafty so their hands
cannot carry out their plans according to Job 5:12.
We declare that Your word has revived us according to Psalm 119:50.
We declare that Your people remember Your precepts and are
revived, according to Psalm 119:93.
We declare that Your people are delivered out from under the
shadow of death and from their afflictions. Their yoke is broken and
they are revived according to Your word, in Psalm 119:107 and
Psalm 107:14-16.
We declare You have heard the cries of the afflicted and because of
Your lovingkindness You have revived the Spirit of Your people,
according to Psalm 119:149.
According to Ezekiel 37:9-10 we call for the breath of God to come
and raise up those that have been slain. Let the breath of God come
and revive and restore and raise them up as an exceedingly great army,
in Jesus name.
We declare according to Ezekiel 37:16 that the Lord and His Holy
Spirit have healed what was broken and raised up a people that are
renewed and revived in heart, mind, soul and spirit.
We declare a oneness and a spirit of unity among Your people,
O God according to John 17:21,22.
We declare the blood of Jesus covers our sins according to 1 John 1:7.
We declare the blood of Jesus over every individual, family and home
that keeps the death angel away, according to Exodus 12:13.
We declare that people will believe in You through our message,
according to John 17:20.
We declare You give rain on the earth and send water on the field
according to Job 5:10.
We declare that in famine God shall redeem You from death and in
war from the power of the sword, according to Job 5:20.
We declare You are doing a new thing and causing a way in the
wilderness and rivers to flow in desert places, according to Isaiah 43:19.
We declare our land is no longer barren and unproductive according
to 2 Kings 2:21.
We declare that You have made Your servants into flames of fire,
according to Hebrews 1:7.
We declare the Lord will march out like a champion, like a warrior He will stir
up His zeal; with a shout He will raise the battle cry and will triumph over His
enemies according to Isaiah 42:13.
In Jesus’ name we make these decrees and thank You, Father, that
what we have spoken will be established. We thank You for watching
over Your word to perform it and light will shine on our ways. Amen.

word out and let Your angels fulfill the administration of this blessing.
I declare a release from the things that bring bondage, stress, and
worry. Let there be a release from the things that deplete people’s
strength, steal their time and bring them into spiritual slavery. I release
the Spirit of the Lord to break them free from all constraints, ungodly
yokes and covenants. I loose them from the things that have had
them shackled and bound.
I declare we are breaking new ground. I declare this is the year of
the pioneers to break forth and lead the way. I declare this is the year
for shifting and restructuring to make room for the release of the
Kingdom of God. Let your kingdom come and your will be done on
earth as it is in heaven O God!
I declare restoration for the losses of previous years. Let angels be
released to administer justice and restitution on behalf of Your people.
“Let all that was theirs and all rightful proceeds be restored to Your
people now, in Jesus name.” The thief is caught. In the name and
authority of the Lord Jesus Christ I command the thief to repay every
loss at no less than a 7-fold return according to Proverbs 6:31.
I decree over the people in this region supernatural cancellation of
debt, as it is written in Deuteronomy 15:1,2. Let there be forgiveness
of debts, both in the natural and in the spiritual as the Lord’s remission
has been proclaimed. Let the requirements of those we are indebted to
be reduced in Jesus’ name. Let the requirements of things that would
prevent us from walking into new doors of opportunity be supernaturally
reduced, making it possible fornus to obtain the blessings You have for
us.
I declare the accuser who divides must be cast down according to
Revelation 12:10. I declare the God of peace has crushed the enemy
under Your feet, and ours. Let there be a sudden turnaround in
relationships that have been fractured, divided and estranged. Let
families be made whole in Jesus' name. I declare healing to the family
trees. I declare God’s family tree in the body of Christ is healed. I
declare that we are trees of healing to the nations in Jesus name.
Father, let the tangible results of Your glory manifest in each person’s
life. Pour out Your blessings upon Your people. I ask You to please
give them things they have not had to work for. I ask You to shift things
around in such a way as to cause Your people to receive things they
couldn’t possibly imagine. Bless them exceedingly, abundantly above
all they could ask or think according to Ephesians 3:20.
Give them divine appointments and open doors into places they
couldn’t get to without Your intervention, according to Revelation 3:8
and Isaiah 22:22. Let Your favor do for them the things they cannot
do for themselves. You are God Almighty; You can do anything! I ask
You to open Your hand and release the blessings of Your storehouses
to Your people and I thank You for hearing me. In Jesus name, amen.
